Obituary for Raymond L. Jedneak

Age 82, Korean War Veteran, of Coon Rapids, formerly of Brooklyn Park, passed away April 23, 2014 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Preceded in death by his mother Julia (Motzko) Jedneak and brothers Herman and James Jedneak. He is survived by his loving wife AdaMae; children: Sandy (Steve) Haw, Allan (Barb) Jedneak, Cindy (Jeff) Smith and Ken (Wendy) Jedneak; grandchildren: Justin (Sarah), Stephanie, Jacob (Samantha), Connie (John), Shelly (Jason), Tim (Chanelle), Brandon, Kyle (Jessica), Kayla, Robin (Jason), Blake, Lisa (Joe) and Nick; 12 great grandchildren with #13 due in October. Ray loved spending time with family, going to the cabin, fishing, gardening, coin collecting, his pets and an occasional trip to the casino. He loved teaching his children and grandchildren to fish and loved to show off his garden. A celebration of Ray’s life will be at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) on Friday, May 16th from 4-6 PM with a Time of Remembrance at 6 PM.
