Condolence: I was so saddened to hear of Auntie's passing. She was, by far, my favorite aunt when I was a child growing up and that continues on to today. I have so many fun memories of Auntie when we were kids....her laugh, her smile...I loved coming to "Auntie's house." And later, I loved bringing my children to see her as they grew up, since they did not have their own Grandma Valentina to visit. They remember her always having fun "tootsie pops" to give them. She always looked so nice when we arrived. And orange and yellow ALWAYS make me think of Auntie...and always will.
She had a good and long life, but it still pains us to let go of that gentle spirit that we will always know as "Auntie."
