Age 53 of Mounds View. Survived by children: Jeffrey, Alexandra & Ashley; granddaughter, Izabelle; parents: Richard & Diane; siblings: Jill (Ron) Julich, Judy Mages, Jim (Karen) Weldon; grandmother, Verna Stuber; former spouse, Lisa Duda; nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Jeff worked as a salesman at Dodge of Blaine for many years. A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) Friday, December 12th, 2014 from 5:30 - 8:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
