Age 67 of Maple Grove. Preceded in death by father, Clarence; brother, Jerry. Survived by loving husband, Wayne; children: Jennifer, Justin, Chrissy, Lisa & Tricia; grandchildren: Angie, Marc, Jessica, Lexi, Cabe & Cayla; great-grandchildren: Josh, Noah & Madi; mother, Dorothy; sisters: Naomi & Donna; many other relatives & friends. Funeral service at Kozlak-Radulovich Maple Grove Chapel (13745 Reimer Dr.) Saturday, January 31st, 2015 at 2 PM with visitation one hour prior. Memorials preferred to the Allina Hospice Foundation.
