Age 80 of Independence, MN. Survived by loving husband of 60 years, Edwin Kalash; children, Scott Kalash & Steven (Barbie Jo) Kalash; grandchildren, Jade & Samantha Kalash; brother, Gary Kostecka (Patricia). Memorial Service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr., Maple Grove) on Saturday, June 27th at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior. Memorials preferred to Mayo Clinic Women’s Cancer Research Center.
