age 87, died peacefully in her sleep on June 28, 2015, with family by her side. Lenora was born February 8, 1929, in Blunt, SD. She grew up in Racine, MN, and graduated from Stewartville H.S. In 1947, she married Harold (Pete) Thompson; and in 1955, they moved their family to Silver Bay, MN. She and Pete loved to play golf and camp; and in their retirement years, they enjoyed traveling. Lenora is survived by four daughters, Pamela (Ken) Campbell, Paula Stellmaker, Shelley Thompson, Vicki (Jeff) Edwards, and her son Michael (Nancy), ten grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her daughter Cheryl Thompson, five brothers and three sisters.
