Survived by loving parents: Carol and Jack DeOtis, brothers: John (Sherry) DeOtis and Bobby DeOtis, sister: Sherry (Al) Jordan and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL 13745 Reimer Drive Thursday at 11AM with visitation one hour prior. Luncheon to follow.
