Survived by daughter: Elaine (Michael) Kuduk, grandchildren: Jamie, Ashley, Kari, Steven, Brent, Darrin, Tracy and Trisha, many great-grandchildren and great-great grandson: Carter. Funeral service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL 107th Ave. NE & Hwy #65 Wednesday at 10 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Champlin Cemetery.
