Mercia Hilda, age 86, of Maple Grove. Beloved wife of the late Capt. Emmanuel Anthonisamy, retired Chief Tug Master, Colombo Port Commission and Ceylon Shipping Corporation.  Preceded by parents: Capt. H.M. and Theresamma Benedict of East Street Kayts, sisters: Rosemary Thambinayagam and Clementine Selvanayagam, brothers: Edwin and Edward Benedict. Survived by brothers: Julius and Anton Benedict and sister: Philomina (Philip), children: Edward (Ranjan) Navaratnarajah, Dr. Herman Dharmarajah, Brian Vijayarajah, Chandrika (Regina) Ratnaraj, Felicia Saverimuttu, Lucian Yogarajah, Gratiaen Wignarajah and Roshan Anandarajah, daughter-in-law: Malathy, Thanemoli (Helen), Patricia and Amrita, Son-in-law: Bonjean Ratnaraj and Kumar Saverimuttu , grandchildren: Anita (Collins), Rukshan, Jude, Norman, Nina, Joshua, Jacob, Mario, Delano (Anthony), John, Ajanthi, Ananya and Nirvaan, great-grandchildren: Dylan, Daniel and Ayden.  She peacefully passed away on December 11th, 2016 in Maple Grove, MN. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Drive) Saturday, December 17th, 2016 from 1 to 3 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at the CHURCH OF ST. VINCENT de PAUL (9100 – 93RD Ave. N., Brooklyn Park) Monday, December 19th, 2016 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery.
