Obituary for LouElla Mae Carlson

LouElla “Skip” Carlson, age 87 of Mpls., passed away on Jan. 8, 2017. LouElla had a passion for music – especially song lyrics and she was a proud member of City of Lakes Sweet Adeline Chorus. She will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor. Preceded in death by her husband, Don. Survived by daughter, Connie (John) Palodichuk; son, Ronald Carlson; grandson, Derek Carlson; cousin, Lowell (Joi) Kegley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service 11:30 A.M. Friday with visitation one hour prior at EDINA MORNINGSIDE COMMUNITY CHURCH, 4201 Morningside Rd., Edina. Graveside service 9:30 A.M. Friday at Ft. Snelling (Meet in assembly area #4). Memorials preferred to the church.
