Obituary for Michael David Walus
WALUS, MICHAEL
Age 64 of Fridley, left this world on February 11. Preceded in death by parents, Stanley & Helen; sister, Patricia; brother, Richard. Survived by loving wife of 35 years, Mary; daughters, Ann (Nick) Colford, Sara (Phillip) Jelinek, Laura Walus (fiancé Tony LaBree) & Amy Walus; grandchildren, Tanner, MaKayla, Brody, Alex, Audrey & Ben; siblings, Jim (Mary) Walus, Kathy (Leo) McCafferty & Bill Walus; sister-in-law Gladys Walus; mother-in-law, Audrey Johnson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Michael was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, laughter and love of family. Although physical limitations prevented him from doing many things, he was a true man of faith and persevered through his suffering. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL (1918 University Ave. NE) Wednesday from 5-7 PM ending with rosary lead by the Knights of Columbus. Mass of Christian Burial at CHURCH OF ST. WILLIAM (6120 – 5th St NE) Thursday at 1:30 PM, visitation one half hour before. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
