Survived by daughters: Laurel Staat and Leah (Eric) Scheid, grandchildren: Carson and Kennedy, sister: Rosanne Holder, brothers: Lenny, Jack and Joe Mazurek and loving companion: Terry Week. Memorial service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL 107th Ae. NE & Hwy #65 Thursday at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior.
