KRUTZIG, ANDREW

Age 93, of Sun City West, AZ, formerly of Robbinsdale, MN, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 27th. Andy served on the front line building bridges in WWll under General Patton in the Army’s 165th Engineering Combat Battalion. He returned to Minneapolis to build homes for over 40 years, and to live a long, well lived life. Preceded in death by loving wife, Anne; eight siblings. Survived by Audrey Schock; daughters, Diane Krutzig, Karen (Bob) Kern, Barbara (Dean) Ringer & Darla Krutzig; grandchildren, Andrew Kern, Ariel, Jessica & Allen Kendall, Maria (Chad) Port; sister, Irene Gaus; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Mass of Christian Burial at ST. HEDWIG’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 129 29th Ave NE, Minneapolis, on Friday at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Sunset Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the family.
