Age 59 of Champlin. Preceded in death by parents, Edward & Angeline; father-in-law, Thomas Pavlick Jr.; dog, Montana. Survived by loving wife of 20 years, Diane; brothers, Garry (Kim) Capiak, Edward (Veronica) Capiak; mother-in-law, Barbara Pavlick; beloved dog, Hanna; numerous nieces & nephews. Tony recently retired from Concordia International. He was a fantastic Muskie guide and will be dearly missed. Please join us to celebrate what would have been Tony's 60th birthday on Saturday, July 22nd from 1-4 PM with a Time of Charing at 3 PM at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.).
