Scott A., age 49, of Maple Grove passed away unexpectedly on the morning of August 11th. Preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Judy; uncle and aunt, George and Theresa; and great-aunt, Hertha. Survived by sisters, Heather (Derek) & Sandy (Tony); nephew, Evan; nieces, Emily, Madelynne, and Sopheea; many cousins and friends. A celebration of Scott’s life will be held at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th AVE. NE & Hwy. 65) on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 6 PM with visitation one hour prior.
