Obituary for Cynthia Cindy K. Thorson (Premo)
Cynthia “Cindy” Kay Thorson, 67, of Otsego, MN passed away from a long battle with breast cancer surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, November 25, 2017.
Born June 25, 1950 in Bemidji, MN, she was the daughter of the late Walter & Evelyn Premo. After graduating from Bemidji High School, she married Ted Thorson and had two daughters. After their divorce, she lived in Bemidji and later moved to Plymouth, MN. Her four grandsons were her pride and joy. In addition to spending time with them, she enjoyed trips to the casino with her sisters and shopping.
She is survived by her two daughters, Amy (Josh) Albert & Wendy (Jake) Vessey; four grandsons, Wyatt & Jack Vessey and Max & Henry Albert; three sisters, Joan (Steve) Hudson, Nancy (Mike) Spaulding, and Mary Brown; nieces and nephews, Lynsi (Andy) Kaskubar, Mackenzie Brown, and Hunter Brown.
Memorial service will be held at Kozlak-Radulovich Chapel (13745 Reimer Dr., Maple Grove, MN) on Thursday, November 30th, 2017 at 6 PM with visitation one hour prior and reception to follow. A graveside service will be conducted at Greenwood Cemetery in Bemidji, MN at 12:30 PM on Saturday, December 9th, 2017.
