Condolence: Dave and family: No words can express how sorry I am that you have lost this beautiful, caring woman. Dave, I remember when you and Denise were dating when you both worked at AMRTC - yet you always behaved professionally when working. It was clear that the two of you adored each other, yet when it came time to do your work, you each did it impeccably. You were both firm yet kind with our clients. I think what I will remember most about Denise is the pride in her work, her wicked sense of humor, and her big heart. Oh, and her graphing out how to plant her gardens - I admit, I had never heard anyone go to those lengths before! Take care of yourselves. I am so sorry for your loss.

Condolence: To Denise's family, I just cannot express to you all how sorry I am. It is just so terrible that too many great people are being taken by this awful disease. I marvel at how well Denise fought this dreaded enemy. She did not allow it to take her motivation, or her grace. She was able to keep her spirit which I am sure, carried her swiftly to paradise. I knew Denise for so many years and I was able to watch her grow as a nurse as well as a person. She was a wonderful parent and it was evident that she valued her family intensely. Unfortunately, the last ten years I was away from AMRTC and lost touch with her, but I would continue to hear what she was doing and what a great nurse she was. God bless you all and may the peace of our Creator carry you through this sorrowful time. Know that many peoples' hearts are with you, and you are in all our prayers. Cancer does suck and I truly do understand, we are also fighting this difficult battle. There are victors in this fight, but sadly and too often there are such terrible casualties.

Condolence: I met Denise at AMRTC. One of my first impressions was "she's a real firecracker!" She had so much spirit. I got to know her over the years and it was easy to see what a gem she was. She had such a way with everyone. She was always kind and fair. To Denise's mom, what a beautiful job you did raising this woman. She gave so much and left such a lovely footprint on this Earth. I am so sorry. No mother should have to bury their child. Even in your profound grief, I'm sure you are proud of her. To David, Scott, and Matthew, I am so sorry. While we want her to be here with us, we can take comfort that she is in the best place, God's hands.

Condolence: David and Family, my comments will come as no surprise to you. I too knew Denise through AMRTC. Denise is the nicest, brightest most compassonist individual. She and I had many discussions which always had positive outcomes. Denise was so proud of her family and was especially happy to take the once in a life time trips with you all. Those meant the world to her and she had so much fun. Denise taught us that family and service to others is important. Her chosen profession in nursing and the wonderful she is part of is a testimony to that. Denise, thank you and David and sons thank you for sharing Denise with us. Take care and God Bless the memory of Denise.

Condolence: Denise , what can I say- You were one of the first people I met at AMRTC , we started together, and became fast friends- and we sure had fun - we stuck close, moved around the hospital together, for the 22 years i was there, during that time we shared many happy times together, marriage and kids came, priorities changed, and our families became our priorities, you were such a loyal friend in so many ways and so loyal to your family, but you were one of those friends that no matter how long we went without seeing each other ,we could just pickup-I'm sorry to see you leave this earth , you will be missed but your legacy will live on through your family and friends, you were such a fighter, I'm so sorry David and boys, and family-but know that Denise is free of pain and definitely heavens gain-Love Micky
