The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Turpin can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: KB
Condolence: I am deeply sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death is one of the most difficult things families ever have to deal with. I have personally found comfort in the scripture at John 5:28 where it talks about a time when our loved ones in the memorial tomb will come out. In line with that thought is Revelation 21:4 where it says soon "death will be no more." So soon we can look forward to a time when not only we can be with our loved ones, but we do not have to fear losing them to death ever again. If you would like to learn more about the hope for our loved ones, please visit jw.org where there is much more info on what the bible says. Again, I express my sympathies and hope this brings you comfort in this difficult time.

Condolence From: Marcia Cunningham
Condolence: Dear Joan,
I talked with Nadine today and she told me that Jim died. I am so sorry for your sorrow. I am sure you are experiencing a huge sense of relief also. I certainly am so joyful that Pat is no longer suffering that horrible disease. Our husbands are free of their bodies and are with Jesus. Sadly, I am unable
to attend Jim’s funeral. Know that I am holding you and your family in prayer.
I very much want to connect with you if you would want that also.
My phone number: 763-843-3581. Please do call. We can make plans to meet for lunch perhaps.
I also wanted you to know that there will be a Memorial Mass for Pat at
Catholic Eldercare on Tuesday February 6 at 11:30am. This creates an opportunity for the folks there to experience closure.
I miss the friends I made when Pat was there. That includes you. I am planning to volunteer at the evening meal doing the coffee cart. I have a few health issues that need to be dealt with, so it’ll probably be a couple of months before I can start.
You and your family are in my prayers, especially during this tender time.
Hope to hear from you when you are ready.
Lovingly,
Marcia Cunningham
