Condolences

Condolence From: The people at Aria Counseling
Condolence: Everyone here knew Matt. Each of us could see the enormous amount of pain he was in all the time. All of the time. It never eased for him. He had exquitsely expressive eyes, no one had to meet eyes with him to see it. The force of who he was emanated from him. Accepting his death on earth is and will be an ongoing, active, sad, confused process for a long time. He was not easy or joyful to know. He was genuine. He was honest. He is important to have known. Matt is someone who has things to teach us about the nature of existence. I hope he always filters how we experience life, it has been said he wanted for other people the joy and happiness he could not feel himself. Remembering him in the moments we feel happy is the only way to wish that happiness upon him.

Condolence From: Shelley Stiles
Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to the Johnson family. It is so heartbreaking when we are separated by our loved ones by death, especially when they are so young. Take comfort in knowing that death is only temporary and that soon God will heal our broken hearts by means of an earthly resurrection (John 5:28,29) What a joyous time it will be when we are once again reunited with our loved ones. The pain that comes with death is soon to be gone as found in the promise in Revelation 21:4 where it reads "And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes and DEATH WILL BE NO MORE, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." I hope as you reflect on your memories of your loved one, that you find much comfort in the promises for us in the near future, for they will without fail come true (Titus 1:2) Thoughts and prayers are with you now and for the difficult days ahead.
