Dennis N., age 69 of Blaine, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 5, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, Neil & Elaine. Survived by wife of 49 years, Nancy; children, Michael (Alayna) & Heather (George) Schmidt; grandchildren, Asher & Levi Lindamood & Madalena Schmidt, brother, Douglas (Deb) Lindamood and other relatives and friends. He was a proud graduate of Dakota Wesleyan University and he treasured his life-long friends from college. Denny worked for 30+ years in the trucking industry, in retirement, he began working at Majestic Oaks Golf Course and eventually worked as a substitute teacher. Dennis ran the longest running ministry at Hope Church, Alcoholics Anonymous. He loved doing puzzles, crosswords, reading and most of all playing with his grandchildren. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, patience, intelligence and selflessness. Funeral service at HOPE CHURCH (1264 – 109th Ave. NE, Blaine) 11:00 AM Saturday with visitation one hour prior. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the family.
