Scheurer, Richard A. age 78 of Mounds View, passed away on Feb. 13, 2018. Preceded in death by infant daughter Mary Beth; parents; 2 brothers; and 1 sister. Survived by beloved wife, Carol; sons, Rick (Pilar), Tom and Dan (Cheryl); grandson, Jacob; granddaughters, Amanda, Kayla, Megan, Cherydan and Hailey; great-granddaughter, Henleigh; and numerous other family.
