Richard C. Frantzen, age 71 of Blaine passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2018. He enjoyed trips to the casino and golfing. Survived by loving wife, Sandra; daughter, Kelly (Daren) Rahn; grandchildren, Ashley and Dylan; twin brother, Robert (Linda); sisters, Sandy Granse and Cindy Schultz; nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life, 1-5 pm, Sunday, March 18th at Shaddrick-Labeau American Legion Post 303, 7365 Central Avenue NE, Fridley.
