Greg was a sweet man. In January 2012, we stayed with Greg and our son Sean in Florida while Aunt Karen and Cousin Kelly visited in Minnesota. Lady, the family dog, had been attacked by another dog, which required regular vet visits in a short period of time, as well as regular re-bandaging when Lady chewed off the bandages. Not an easy job! Sean was working days, so Greg took Lady to the vet with me and cared for her wound. I can still see him lifting this large dog in and out of the car. We could not have done it without him. Karen has a photo of Greg cuddling this over-sized lap dog. I know that it will be displayed at Greg's funeral and perhaps Karen will put it up on this site.
Because Greg was living with our son and Karen, we saw him fairly often during the last few years of his life. He provided after-school care for his cousin Kelly Muldoon, but was like a brother to her. Greg was always a kid at heart.
