Age 84 of Coon Rapids, formerly of NE Mpls. Preceded in death by parents: Dimitry & Olga; brothers: Lawrence & Donald. Survived by wife of 62 years, Mary; children: Debra (John) Crowley, Denise (David) Stanoch, Diane (Gregg) Stefanick, Donna (Dean) Henke & Lawrence (Kim) Manoleff; grandchildren: Patrick, Peter, Lauren & Danielle; great-grandchildren: William, Cailin & Connall; sister, Doris Rumora; nieces, nephews & other relatives. Jim worked for the Minneapolis Fire Department for 25 years and was a member of the Goldbrick’s, St. Mary’s Men’s Club & Elsie’s Men’s Bowling League. He served in the Navy during Korea. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL (1918 University Ave. NE) Thursday, September 11th, 2014 from 5-8 PM with Vigil Prayers (Parastas) at 7:15 PM. Funeral service at ST. MARY’S ORTHODOX CATHEDRAL (17th Ave. NE & 5th St.) Friday, September 12th, 2014 at 10:30 AM. Interment St. Mary’s Orthodox Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Cathedral.
