Obituary for Kathleen Mary Holt

HOLT, Kathleen “Kay” age 71 of Plymouth. Passed away January 27th, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph & Helen Alessio of Maquoketa, IA. Survived by husband of 50 years, David; daughters, Kristen Flanagan (Bill) of Chanhassen, Polly Flanigan (Bob) of New York City, Susan Hyvare (Brian) of Plymouth; ten beautiful grandchildren. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Gavin and the staff at Park Nicollet Cancer Center. Memorial service 1:30 PM Monday KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.) with visitation one hour prior. Memorials preferred to Frauenshuh Cancer Center.
