KRAKE, PAMELA D.
Age 67 of Maple Grove passed away on November 3rd, 2015. We were blessed to have Pam with us for 13 years following a lung transplant. Preceded in death by parents: Edward & Shirley; siblings: Sharon Austinson & Thomas Nolden. Survived by loving husband of 47 years, Don; son, Michael (Clair Stevenson); siblings: Diana Elander & Patricia (Jerry) Heine; brother-in-law, James Krake; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Pam retired from Cub Foods in 2013. Special thanks to the transplant doctors and staff of the University of MN for their outstanding care. Memorial service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.) Saturday, November 7th, 2015 at 1 PM with visitation beginning at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to www.hopechestnews.org/donations. We will love you forever.
