Survived by loving wife: Lesya, children: Chrystyna (Manfred) Berger and Stefan (Victoria) Lucyk, grandchildren: Alexander Charles, Kaitlin Maria and Julia Ann, brother: Roman (Ursula) Lucyk, nieces: Helen and Natalka and their families. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL (1918 University Ave. NE) Tuesday, November 24th, 2015 from 5 to 8 PM with Panachyda at 7:30 PM. Requiem Divine Liturgy at ST. CONSTANTINE UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (515 University Ave. NE) Wednesday, November 25th, 2015 at 9:30 AM with visitation one hour prior. Family prefers memorials.
