David Paul age 48 of Blaine, MN passed away on Friday, August 12, 2016 after a courageous battle with Esophageal Cancer, he was a beloved husband of Becky Kotalik of Blaine, MN. David was born in Grand Forks, ND, a graduate of Red River High School and worked in the welding profession for several years. He was the son of John Joseph II and Dorothy Kotalik. Besides his wife and parents he leaves behind siblings: John Joseph III, Stephen (Nancy), Kathleen (Dennis) Johnson, Elizabeth, Jeanne (Daniel) Kelsey, Charles (Terri); several nieces, nephews; great niece and great nephew. He was preceded by his brother Jerome (Jerry) Kotalik. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65) Wednesday, August 17, 2016 from 6-8pm. Funeral service Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 11 am with visitation one hour prior at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be designated for cancer research at Mayo Clinic.
