Ron, although I don't know whatever became of that Nomad car you had in New Brighton, I was always interested how you were going to one day rebuild that with your kids. I recall the Johnson Ski-horse snowmobile you so proudly rode and the swinger snowmobile you got for the kids to use. When Dan and I set out on long lake and Dan broke through the ice with my dads Ski-doo, I was afraid of what our dads would say to us for losing a sled. Everyone was glad us kids were o.k. and after getting Dan home and into some dry clothes, you returned to assist with pulling the sled from the lake, and offered to help repair it as needed. In later years, it became clear that you were a good man who lead by example. You were a father and friend to your kids and kids' friends. A husband, an active outdoorsman interested in sharing your stories with friends of all ages. I know you are at peace now Mr. Richardson, as Jesus welcomes you home and says Thanks for appreciating all of my creation......and job well done, good and faithful servant!
