Age 32 of Blaine, died suddenly from cardiac arrest on July 2, 2017. Survived by his loving wife, Sam; children, Ava and Camden; parents, Rex and Karen Fernald; brothers, Shaun (Desi) Citrowski and Dallas Fernald; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends. Memorial service 7:00 P.M. Friday, July 7th, 2017 with visitation 2 hours prior at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy. 65).
