PODANY Phyllis N., age 92, of NE Mpls. Preceded by husband: Walter. Survived by children: Glennis (Jim) Pilgram, Lawrence “Terry” (Myrna) Podany and Phillip Podany, grandchildren: Traci (Dave), Jennifer (Rob), Sam (Morgan), Brian (Jennifer), Jason (Nikole) and Cory (Jill), great-grandchildren: Parker, Corbin, Garrett, Gavin, Peyton, Sydney, Kayana, Katelyn, Riley, Seth and Joe, and other loving family members in England. Phyllis was a member of the St. Mary’s Women’s Club, Mother of the Year, active church volunteer and member of English War Brides. Phyllis was loved by all. She will be remembered for her strength, generosity and compassionate way of making everyone feel special. She affectionately called family and friends her honey, sweetheart or dewdrop. She will be deeply missed. Visitation at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL 1918 University Ave. NE Tuesday from 4 to 7 PM with Parastas (Vigil Prayers) at 6 PM. Funeral service at ST. MARY’S ORTHODOX CATHEDRAL 17th Ave. NE & 5th St. Wednesday at 10 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment St. Mary’s Orthodox Cemetery. Family prefers memorials.
