FOSSEN, SHELDON G.
Passed away August 12, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Dora; daughters, Sandra (Mike) Desens of Hanover, MN, Sheri (Steve) Anderson of Snohomish, WA & Stacey Kollasch (Steve Northquest) of Maple Grove, MN; grandchildren, Andrew (Rebecca), Alexander, Ashley, Nicholas, Samantha & Jacob; many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews & friends. Preceded in death by his father, Iver & mother, Helen; sister, Mary Anderson. Sheldon was born on June 17, 1938 in Fergus Falls, MN. He served in the US Naval Reserve and the US Air Force, stationed in France & Germany. He joined Red Owl Stores Inc. of Hopkins, MN where he worked for 21 years as Manager of Produce Procurement for all divisions of the company. He joined Topco Associates of Skokie, IL as a West Coast Area Manager. In 1987, Sheldon and Dora moved to Wenatchee, WA where he joined Gwin, White & Prince, Inc. as Sales Manager. He later became a partner and officer of the company, and continued to serve on the Board of Directors after his retirement. Memorial service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.) Thursday, August 24th, 2017 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. The family prefers memorials be sent to the Heart Association, Arthritis Foundation or Cancer Society of America.
