The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Harold Braastad can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Jane Kufus-Krump
Condolence: Rick and family:
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. No matter what age we are, it is hard to say goodbye to a parent. I have vivid memories of all of us growing up at Glen Cary! I seem to remember that your dad usually sat towards the back, didn't say a lot, but he was there. Take care of yourself, and take good care of your mom. I so wish my parents were still here.
Thanks for all the memories.

Condolence From: Sue and Jerry Krueger
Condolence: We are sorry to hear of Harold passing, I loved to have coffee with him at Carriage Manor Resort for the past 12 years. We also loved to drive to Hudson to meet Harold and his wife Delaine at the German Restaurant. But best of all I loved to call him Grand Pa, people could never understand why I called him Grand Pa, asked his wife, I bet you she will have a smile on her face. I'm sorry we will not make it to Ham Lake.
