Condolence: Doreen, I just wanted to let you know that you are in Heather and my thoughts and prayers. We were devastated to hear about Pat's passing. I wish we could make it to see you in person. Please know we will continue to keep you close in our hearts. Take care and I hope you can find the strength to get through with the care and help from your friends and family. We will forever miss but never forget Pat's sense of humor and all around great personality. Love, Nathan and Heather

Condolence: My condolences to Doreen, all of Pat's family and those that knew Pat. We will all have those particular items that remind of us of Pat that will make us smile. After almost 25 years of knowing Pat, both personally and professionally, there are a few items that will remind me... Pat was always very passionate about his work. This really is a good thing. ;) In the early years of playing corporate softball, he blocked a wicked throw from third base using his eye. I have never seen an eyebrow grow that fast. It was scary, but made a great conversation piece at the office. It seemed that Pat was always planning and tracking using spreadsheets. One would think that if you can't represent it in a spreadsheet, it can't be done. Pat and Doreen were great hosts, allowing a bunch of aging old men to get together at the lake for a "Guy's Weekend". All sorts of memories there. I always thought that with Pat there was a pattern... "Have a few brews, then snooze". We all had a great time, lots of laughs, and loads of fun. It is sad that this all has come to an abrupt end, but I will celebrate Pat's life. Only one regret... He never gave me a ride on the pontoon. Next time when you are holding your favorite beverage.... Raise the glass, and toast Pat. I will miss him.

Condolence: Doreen and the rest of Pat's family -- I am so very sorry for your loss. Pat was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was one of the first people I met when I started with SSI way back in early 1994 -- I learned quite a few traveling tips during the early days of Forte/PHS from trips with Pat. He was extremely knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with.
And other the last few years I'd run into him around the Allina Commons - always a smile and a quick chat.
Pat touched many peoples lives and he will be greatly missed.

Condolence: We wanted to share our condolences with Patrick’s family. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our Creator promises us that one day this pain will be just a memory. That beautiful promise can be found at Revelation 21:3,4. Our pain and suffering will be a thing of the past, and we can cry tears of joy as we welcome back the ones that we love so much. We hope you find comfort in those promises.

Condolence: Deeply sorry for your loss. Pat was a very knowledgeable and helpful coworker. Although we only met over the phone and through work correspondence, I could feel he was a kind and patient man. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this sorrowful time.

Condolence: This is truly sad and troubling news. I met Pat through a work project and over the course of two years, I got to know Pat very well and grew to trust and respect him as a peer and a person. We became friends, although distant, would still meet for a beer and chat when I was able to make it to town. I'll never forget how he'd always stop every Friday on the way home to get Doreen a single flower which he told me was a tradition since they first met. Amazing and powerful stuff. He will be missed!

Condolence: This was such sad news to hear. I knew Pat since the early days at SSI/SSG/HBOC/McKBOC/McKesson when we were all family. Pat and Doreen hosted wonderful sports parties at their house. I still remember Pat hosting the 'Holiday Grazing' parties, trying to plug in 20 crock pots for our chili contest and his ability to talk. Pat spent a lot of time at my desk 'just telling you' how to plan the holiday work party. Pat was a wonderful man.
