Age 70 of Maple Grove, passed peacefully with his wife by his side on January 2nd, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Paul & Joan; brother, William. Survived by loving wife of 46 years, Lynn. Memorial service will be held KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.) Friday, January 6th, 2017 at 11:30 AM with visitation one hour prior.
